let's help childreen to change the world

In order to make a good end with the month of march, month given to woman so to celebrate the equalaty between man and woman, the ADEM Non governemental organisation organise a thinking comitte. More than seventy women and other men attended this ceremony which take place at ACK church at Mbenseke, one of Kinshasa suburb quarter. Mbenseke women get occasion to discuss about their condition in their community after a tall presentation and importance of the day made by Gloria MAYIKILU, the ADEM  women and childreen comittees responsable. The last meeting will be organised the next 7 april.

PRESENTATION

ADEM is a NGO (non gouvernemental organisation) which work at mitendi area in order to protect childreen of poorest falmilly and to increase their parenrts intellectual and economic capacities. Adem would want give to all childreen chances of a well living. Created at 2008, ADEM focussed his activities to out persons since 2010 and associates his strenght with other caritative organisations.

AIMS

ADEM targets are:

- to  provide advise to parents so to strenghthen their capacities of develop their activities

- to sensibilise parent to take up their duties face to their childreen

- to help communituy to live in a good condition

ACTIVITIES AREA

Mitendi is one of Mont ngafula surburb quarter. It has more than 15.000 persons. T he major part of this populationn is composed of chldreen. these childree don't access to education and sanitation services. there are out of school system. the presence of some school in this area don't resorb access difficulty. The school fees required to this children is almost expensive so the parents are  not abble to send their childreen. Quite 1.200 chilkdreen are out of schiool and get no instruction. These childreen are often accused of witness. Their familly hasts them and persecute them. they don't live well.

in the second part, accounting to sex composition, mitendi have more wive then man. Mitendi wive are analphabete. They haven't no capacities to ... and are often soumis to water  sufferance. Their are mother of 5 to 8 childreen. Their husband are out of work. these wive are oblige to support their familly survival. But their activities (agriculture, trading, cassava bread cooking, ...) don't report enough rente.
